Registered Guests and/or Children
We love meeting all your family members you might bring with you to pawFest. Please note however, pawTree daily sessions are training events and therefore limited to petPros registered for pawFest. Please arrange for guests or children/infants under 18 to have alternate activities during the daily sessions and/or alternate care arranged. Children and infants will not be allowed in the general session or other training rooms.

Service Dogs, Pets, and Emotional Support Animals
pawTree understands the importance of service animals to their owners, and animals individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a disability will be allowed in daily sessions. This also includes psychiatric service dogs that are trained to provide services that allow people with mental impairments to go places and face situations they wouldn't otherwise be able to do. Other pets such as Emotional Support Animals or household pets will not be allowed in any of the pawTree Functions.

For those with service dogs planning to attend, please note that loud music, noises, bright lights and people moving throughout the room are possible in any of the sessions.

Event SWAG
If a registration swag bag is provided at registration at pawFest 2025 to all registered attendees, and you are not able to attend after registering, you may request shipment of the swag bag for a shipping fee of $10. All requests must be made via email to [email protected] within 10 days of the last day of the event.

Venue Health Protocol
There is always inherent risk in participating in any activity. Due to the circumstances created by COVID19, there is a heightened degree of personal risk and responsibility. Marriott International and its hotels and supplier partners will be taking all legal, prudent and advisable measures to reduce the risk of virus/illness transmission between people during pawFest. Despite our best efforts, we will be unable to reduce the level of risk to zero.
1) I acknowledge these risks, and others, and agree to take full personal responsibility for them. I will not hold anyone else accountable, including Marriott International, its host hotels, pawTree, and supplier partners, should I contract an illness or should anything else happen to me during my participation in this learning experience.
2) I agree to monitor my own health status and will not attend pawFest if I am symptomatic in any way.
3) I understand that all pawFest participants will be asked to follow any distancing guidelines and protocols imposed by Marriott International, the host hotel and suppliers regardless of whether federal, state or local laws dictate the use of these practices. These regulations may become more or less strict at any time between now and the tour dates, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control.
